Duties include:
All round responsibility for Quality and Compliance while developing and establishing the company's quality procedures, standards and specifications
Liaising with the purchasing department to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.
Gap analysis to identify key areas
Ensuring manufacturing and production processes meet international and national standards
Manage a team of quality control technicians
Conduct interviews and surveys to ensure employees are compliant with regulations across the company
Conducting investigations
Examine and improve auditing The right candidate will have/be:
An experienced Compliance and Quality professional with experience within a commercial industry
Degree in quality management or similar
Proven experience of developing and implementing quality standards & measures
IT Skills
Experience of managing compliance frameworks e.g. risk management, business continuity, document management, quality management preferably with integrated management systemsThis role is being handled by Holly Ensoll, Business Support Consultant for Pearson Whiffin Recruitment.
