Job Description

The successful candidate will be conducting inspections, resolving supplier part issues, as well as carrying out supplier audits and qualification with the support of the team. We are looking for an experienced individual to influence others to investigate quality related issues and implement innovative changes throughout the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carrying out mechanical inspections and disciplines
• Programming using Mitutoyo CMM and MCOSMOS Software
• Carrying out Supplier audits and supporting qualification of new Suppliers and/or parts
• Providing support services and inspection, measurement expertise and programming diagnostic analysis of problems and facilitate solutions
• Purchasing metrology tools and calibration services required by the company
• Identifying root causes and instigating permanent corrective actions for production quality issues related to supplied parts
