Job Description
Lionsgate Contractors are looking to find a Quantity Surveyor to join our customer; a multi disciplined construction group on a full time permanent basis.
Working in Commercial fit out, Social housing refurbishment and Domestic Construction the successful candidate will be required to oversee multiple projects across different sectors as the company continue to grow after another successful year.

Typical duties will include, but are not limited too:
Reviewing of cost plans, applications and payments
Making sure payments made are within the market rate
Payment reviews and ensuring costs are commercially viable
Preparing valuations for applications for payment including variations, preparation and negotiations
Assisting in overseeing the appointment of subcontractors for successful delivery of cost, quality and duration
The Quantity Surveyor
3+ years Quantity Surveying experience
HNC/HND in Quantity Surveyor
Experience with a commercial Developments preferable
Experience within fit out is preferable
Full valid UK driving license
