Collaboration Manager x2/ Northwest / Major Enhancements Programme / Rail Civils & Infrastructure

Rail Collaborations Manager Role:
The purpose of the role is to support the Collaboration Lead in providing a strategic road map for Collaboration and cultural change across major Rail enhancement projects in the UK . The Collaborations Manager will be point of contact for the project team, providing support and guidance to the project teams in implementing key initiatives across the various stakeholder organisations working closely with each member.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Supporting the Collaboration Lead in the implementation of the strategic road map for collaboration across projects.
* Point of contact for the overall project team, providing support and guidance to the project teams in implementing key initiatives across the project.
* Build on the agreed culture, embedding the projects values into day to day working across the piece, supporting the various project offices across the route intermittently through meetings, supporting collaboration events, sharing best practice with other project teams.
* Attend people meetings with the project teams presenting progress on key initiatives, KPi’s, survey results, recognition, and training.
* Establishing processes and procedures to embed and deliver effective collaboration.
* Monitoring feedback through multiple surveys, collaboration behavioural survey, maturity surveys, pulse surveys and recognition surveys. Responsible for distributing, collating, reviewing, presenting and action planning results for project teams. Through to implementation of key initiatives to be put in place.
* Responsible for collating communications on collaboration across project teams and distribute to the wider teams, areas such as survey results write up, collaboration updates, key initiatives that have been put in place and the latest training that is available.
* Management of feedback data from workshops, action planning and implementation.
Skills:
* Experience in excel, word and PowerPoint.
* Experience and or knowledge of Power BI.
* Experience of survey investigation and interrogating data, identifying trends or changes in the data.
* Excellent communication
* Appreciation of internal communications, HR (organisational change), marketing, behavioural change and data analysis would also benefit the role.
