Job Description
HP4 is a Recruitment Business based in Berkhamsted who are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to bolster our current dedicated team. We are a small and friendly business that has been established for 6 years and going from strength to strength.
We are currently looking for an experienced Recruiter with either Manufacturing, Construction, Automotive, Rail, Aerospace, Marine or Trades experience. The industry you work in doesn’t matter but you do! We want a Consultant that wants to run their own desk and that we can build a team around. We will support you in your career every step of the way but want someone who is dedicated, driven and who can fit in with the experienced Recruiters we have already.
Our goal at HP4 Recruitment is to become the go to agency for our businesses while having a fun and being professional. We fully understand that companies buy off people so we are looking for Candidates who have a minimum of 3 years Recruitment sales experience with a proven track record of billing and meeting sales targets.
Starting salary between £25 – 30,000 + a very generous commission structure + full benefits
