Job Description
I am seeking a Regional Support Manager in the East Midlands to for a medium sized care provider to support 5 homes in the Region
Key Responsibilities of a Regional Support Manager:
Support the Regional manager and director with projects in the homes
Support homes with quality & compliance
Supporting the home managers with the overall running of the home
Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries
Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals in regards to care
To ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered toRegional Support Manager Requirements:
Experience leading within a Care Home setting either as a strong Deputy or Home Manager
Experience working with the Elderly
Managing budgets
Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries
Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals in regards to care
To ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to
