A leading Residential Care Home, in Leamington Spa requires an experienced Deputy Home Manager to lead the team and develop the service.
The 30+ bedded home is a specialist mental health care provider and boasts a ‘good’ CQC rating plus a fantastic local reputation.We are recruiting for a Residential Deputy Manager to work at a small non for profit elderly care home in Leamington Spa. The service provides 24 hour residential and nursing care to its residents ensuring a warm safe environment. The home prides itself on its high standard staff and commits to best practice offering ongoing training.
Details of this Nurse Home Manager role and what the home is offering:
• A permanent contract to 40 hours per week on day shifts
• A very competitive annual salary of £20000 to £25000

What we are looking for in a Home Manager:
• Support the Registered Manager in the day to day running of the home. Including achieving CQC essential standards, Safeguarding policies and procedures, and Health & Safety legislation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a positive, proactive leader
