Resourcing Advisor
£26,000-£26,500
Birmingham City Centre
At least 6 Months Recruitment Experience Required (Agency or In-house)
12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Bell Cornwall Recruitment have a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join their HR team in a prestigious law firm. This is a 12 month fixed term contract and would suit an individual who would like to move from agency recruitment to in-house recruitment.
Responsibilities include:
Writing adverts, screening CVs, scheduling interviews with the hiring managers as well as taking feedback after interviews from the hiring manager and relaying it to the candidate
Working with hiring managers supporting and advising on roles, giving guidance on salaries, interview process and early onboarding stages
Working closely with recruitment agencies
Using digital platforms such as Linked InThe suitable candidate must:
Have at least 6 months experience in recruitment
