Our client has a fantastic Call Centre Agent opportunity for a motivated, professional individual to work in their new offices based in Cheadle Hulme, working for the highest reviewed Life Insurance planners on Trust Pilot.
The Call Centre Agent will be speaking to customers regarding their future life plans, discussing their needs and then passing the enquiry over to their sales team.
This call centre Agent position requires a self-motivated, versatile, tenacious individual who has the ability to work independently but who also works well as part of a team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
· Working towards daily KPI productivity and conversion targets
· Building rapport with all customers
· Managing your own pipeline
· Working together as a team to drive the business forward
· Generating new business from client’s web enquiries
