Job Description
Job Title: Sales & Retention Specialists – Antrim (hybrid)
Salary: £19,500-£22,500 (depending on experience) with a monthly commission bonus
Location: Antrim Office – after initial training this role will be offered as a hybrid role (mix of home and office)
The role: Our Client, one of Ireland's largest energy companies supplying hundreds of thousands of homes and businesses with positive energy solutions, is looking to appoint Sales & Retention Specialists to join its Antrim Team. Reporting to the Sales and Retention Team Leader, you will work as part of a team specialising in the retention and acquisition of customers. As it’s a hybrid role, you will be required to have a quiet office space (not shared) and excellent broadband connection to carry out the role.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
· Retaining customers via both inbound and outbound channels
· Acquiring new customers via both inbound and outbound channels
· Moving customers between and into new premises
· Sales administration and support
· Up-selling and cross-selling of products and services
· Develop and maintain positive working relationships both internally and externally
· Carry out all duties in line with company policies, procedures and relevant industry guidelines
Essential Criteria:
· Excellent numerical, spoken & written communication skills with the ability to listen effectively
· Experience of sales & negotiation with customers in a contact centre environment
· A suitable place to work at home and good broadband connection
· Strong IT skills with experience of Microsoft Office
Desirable Criteria:
· Experience of liaising directly with customers to promote the services of the company
· Experience of using contact centre telephony systems
· GCSE Education (A-C grades) including Maths & English or equivalent
