Job Description
Sales Technician required. My client specialise in the development, sale and servicing of packaging production line equipment. Due to increasing demand, they are looking to expand their sales team with a Sales Technician. The ideal candidate will be qualified in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering and be keen for a career in sales. Graduates will also be considered. You must also be based within the North of England or Scotland.
Sales Technician Position Overview
Maintaining existing UK and European client relationships
Developing new business through promoting company products
Travelling throughout the Northern territory to meet with clients
Managing the sales cycle from initial enquiries to product handover
The opportunity to take advantage of training and progress your career in sales
The ability to convey technical information clearly to colleagues and clients
Using PC-DMIS CAD + measurement software
Sales Technician Position Requirements
A degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering. Engineers looking to go in to sales also considered
Experience within a sales role would be beneficial, however full training will be provided for the right candidate
Self-motivated, determined and driven to succeed
Full clean UK Driving Licence
Based in Leeds or anywhere North of here, and happy to travel throughout this area
Sales Technician Position Remuneration
Salary £25,000 – £34,000
33 days holiday including bank holidays
