Job Description
Location: North West London
Salary: £22,000
Summary:
At Bis Henderson, we are looking for a scientific professional to support the in-house Scientific Customer Services and Quality Control Department at a successful nutraceutical company with answering technical queries. They will also be responsible for checking compliance of labelling in line with regulations and ensuring product quality standards are met.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent Science graduate to kick-start their career within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer scientific and technical queries via email, telephone and letters regarding the neutraceutical products offered.
Liaise with worldwide distributors and compile dossiers to include scientific and legal paperwork for product registrations.
Check to artworks to ensure they are compliant with labelling regulations.
Complete quality control checks (full training will be provided on this).
General support to Scientific Customer Services and Quality Control Department.
Key Skills/Experience:
Scientific background and/or qualifications
Strong organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service capabilities, with a warm and friendly manner
Good IT skills
High attention to detail
