Job Description

Lead Business Analyst

Experis is currently recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst for a central Government client. Our client is looking for a Lead Business Analyst with a solid public sector background.

In this role, you will:

Work with product, user centric design, technical architecture, and delivery colleagues to support the understanding of user needs as well as the needs of our stakeholders in other government departments
Gather and analyse data about data sharing and support in other government departments
Identify and analyse issues and opportunities to improve the experience of government service teams and departments through GDX
Gather and analyse data relating to the costs and benefits of data sharing for government services and departmentsRequirements

Experience of working with, analysing and communicating data to a range of audiences
Experience of communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Experience of delivering transformational change, making a difference in making things progress
The drive to reach out to stakeholders to understand their needs, constraints, dependencies, and concerns
Experience in knowing what level to document work, where standards need to be set, followed, or bypassed to get the job done
Experience of working in a fast-paced multidisciplinary team in which you have
