Senior Construction Estimator

Plymouth

Immediately required

Salary – £45,000.00 – £50,000.00

Dk recruitment are currently looking for an experienced construction estimator to join their client based in Plymouth.

As the Estimator you will be a key part of generating a sustainable pipeline of work for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identifying risks and ensuring they are addressed immediately

* Developing client relationships during and after the tender.

* Have up to date knowledge of building legislation

* Managing the tender process including, planning, programming, operational, commercial, and estimating & submission to properly complete any part of a bid and secure a project
