SENIOR FRAUD & DATA ANALYST / MANCHESTER (HYBRID WORK) / UP TO £41,500 / GREAT BENEFITS

We are looking for an experienced Senior Fraud & Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in producing large datasets and the development of standardised customer and partner data report packages to support the Financial Crime team with customer insights.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Fraud & Data Analyst:
* Produce datasets and reports for analysis using available system reporting tools.
* Use in-depth knowledge of the data and create reports and analyses to monitor business performance.
* Identify, analyse and document business reporting and analytics requirements.
* Support and coordinate the timely development of reporting packs with clear metrics and analysis.
* Create reporting dashboards needed to drive team and business performance.
* Recommend & create data models, and real-time alerts in the different tools used.
* Create presentations and/or training documents, attend meetings and assist on projects.
* Coordinate the development of standardised customer and partner data report packages.
* Provide technical support for reporting tools and dashboards.
* Use data from a wide range of sources to carry out process diagnostics, identify themes and root causes and make recommendations for improvement actions.
* Contribute to projects to drive automation and streamlining of business processes and reporting.
Skills & Experience required:
* Experience turning complex data analysis into a compelling story.
* Natural ability to understand and interpret data.
* Ability to operate effectively in a virtual team working environment.
* Subject Matter Expert level knowledge of Fraud processes & procedures.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
* Strong analytical mindset with experience investigating fraud or financial crime.
* 2+ years in fraud prevention, banking or other financial services fraud prevention and detection position.
