We are in need of an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator, preferably with 3 years’ experience and the benefit of knowing the Colchester student market.
If you are an ambitious Senior Lettings Negotiator with excellent communication and sales skills and have Estate Agency experience, our clients can offer you a fast paced environment, where you will be part of a successful team focused on delivering a "first class" Estate Agency service.
As an Senior Lettings Negotiator you will need to be bright, confident and well-presented and will occupy a varied and exciting role with strong involvement in generating lettings and gaining new instructions, at all times ensuring the quality of service is first rate.
To be considered for this Senior Lettings Negotiator role, you will need a positive attitude and must have the confidence and skill to build trust and rapport with customers. A full driving licence and your own car is a must. This position features great scope for future promotions.

Remuneration: Basic salary £22,000 plus annual £1,000 bonus if targets hit with on target earnings of £35,000.
