Warwick – Full-time or Part-Time
Salary up to £50,000, commensurate with experience
We are working with a Lexcel accredited, well-established law who are looking to attract a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join their successful, established Wills and Probate team in Warwick on either a full-time or part-time basis with hybrid working accomodate – up to 2 days per week from home.
This is a newly created role which has come about due to increased business in the field of Private Client.
This position is offered with genuine opportunities for career progression.
The position will involve running a caseload of private client matters including
Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
Administration of Trusts
Administration of Estates
Deeds of Variation, gifts and deeds of family arrangement.
Tax and estate planningSuitable candidates will have:
A wealth of experience within private client/wills and probate
Around 5 years' PQE
The ability to manage a full caseload
The ability to supervise a team of fee earners and support staff
Experience of using a legal case management system
Great communication skills, both verbal and written
STEP qualification (not essential)This is a permanent job, offered on either a full-time or part-time Basis. Please state hours required on application. Benefits include five weeks' annual leave and company pension scheme.
