Job Description
Sellick Partnership are currently working with an organisation in South Yorkshire to recruit a Senior Programme Lead.
The Senior Programme Lead will –
– Be required to deal with senior and executive level colleagues in range of departments
– Oversee the TUPE process, contracts and recruitment in conjunction with HR colleagues
– Work with the Transition lead on the planning and implementation of any necessary temporary refurbishments and on the creation of a permanent solution for the services operating within the subsidiary
– Work with Procurement on the tender for logistic operations, robot procurement, WOS contract & KPI development
– Lead on programme management within Pharmacy and ensure effective project and programme management skills are embedded throughout the department
The Senior Programme Lead must have –
– Proven experience of working in a senior management/leadership role
– Experience of managing and motivating a large team or teams
– Leading changes in practice in a complex environment to improve performance/services
