Senior Quantity Surveyor

* National Main Contractor
* Expanding into Bristol./ SW Market
* Excellent condition and projects
With a strong established business in the South and Midlands this privately owned contractor is looking to expand into the South West market with a newly opened office and team.
Initially they have been awarded 3 projects c4-10m with a view to expand based on strong client relationships.
With a positive and strong culture they have worked hard as a business to look after staff, develop good supplier and client relationships, they are looking to replicate the success they have has in this area
Working across health, education, leisure , retail and affordable car and housing markets they can offer a variety of new build and refurbishment work, as a business they sit on the main build frameworks.
To be considered for this position you will need to have worked with a regional or main contractor delivering building projects and have a proactive and collaborative approach to you work.
The position will see you given a lot of responsibility to make decisions and work closely with the project and technical management teams. You will run projects from start to finish undertaking all key commercial duties from subcontractor review approval, procurement and deployment. You will run internal reports, undertake CVRs and ensure the timely payment of subcontractors.
