Job Description
Service Coordinator
£20,000 – £23,000
Crawley – 100% Office based
Permanent – full time

This could be the role for you!
This busy role will see you being responsible for looking after the day-to-day service administration which will include:
Answering inbound calls and emails
Preparing, issuing and chasing quotations
Monthly invoicing and resolving and invoice queries
Assisting with scheduling Engineers Your well-developed communication skills, high attention to detail, strong administration skills and the ability to work within a high-pressured environment will enable you to excel in this role.
The hours and Monday – Friday 9.30am – 6pm, but you will be required to be part of the out of hours call rota which is approximately 1 month in 12.
