Services Manager – Newton Abbot
Permanent
Salary: £36000 – £42000

Do you have Agricultural machinery knowledge? Management Experience? If yes, then we would love to hear from you!
We are working with a local company who deals with premium tractor brand as well as a large number of other leading agricultural and non-agricultural machinery. You would be working along side the Service Administrator and Workshop Foreman.
Responsibilities Include:
* Planning and organising technicians workload
* Direct interaction with customers
* Helping to resolve customer and manufacturer issues
* Monitoring department profitability and generating reports
* Signing off customer invoices
* Working with other departments on marketing/quote recreation
* Organising and overseeing staff development and HR
* Monitoring and controlling work in progress
* Managing out of hours service cover
* H&S Policy implementation
Essential Experience:
* Agricultural Machinery knowledge
* Management experience
* Good communication skills
* IT Competent
* A positive and flexible approach
* Great if you do know Ibcos Gold Dealer Management system but not essential.
