Shift Manager
Our prestigious manufacturing client based in Stafford Park is looking for a permanent full time shift manager to join their successful and ever expanding team.
You will be responsible for the overall performance of the team within each shift, which will also include individual performances, Health & Safety, incident investigations and involve the operating of quality information/systems. In addition you will look after cost control which includes waste, labour costs and material usage.
This is a very varied role looking at the shift production plans, leading and motivating operators to achieve targets. Also co-ordinating with other departments in size, product and set up changes within compliance. You will also be looking after a number of machine lines and operators this involves using good Leadership and people management.
