Do you have proven Supervisor / Management experience within retail?
If so, this is an excellent opportunity for you!
Recruiting for a Showroom Manager to be part of a really exciting business who are based in East Birmingham, Smethwick. You will be managing a showroom managing overall performance of the team and the sales in store. Working 40 hours a week Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week and a superb starting salary.

Key Responsibilities:
Help customers identify their specific needs.
Service and advise customers in store.
Take responsibility for the overall sales performance within the showroom.
Take responsibility for members of staff within the showroom.
Provide information on product range within store.
Skills and Attributes:
Proven experience as a retail manager / supervisor.
You will be a natural leader!
Ability to build a rapport with external and internal stakeholders.
