Job Description
My client is a leading contractor in the groundworks and civils sector who have multiple live projects running across the country.
We are currently recruiting a No 1 Site Manager to join the company and manage a highrise residential project. This includes RC Frame, Groundworks, driange, externals, etc.
RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!!
THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!
Site Manager Responsibilities:
• Reporting and working alongside Project Manager and Contracts manager.
• Health and safety checks.
• Ordering materials.
• Holding meetings with the client.
• Managing the labour and putting men to work.
• Managing sub-contractors
• Toolbox talks
Site Manager Requirements:
• CSCS card.
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Strong experience in Groundworks and RC Frame
• Strong sub contractor experience.
