Job Description
Search is looking for a site manager to join one of Scotland's well know main contractors for work in the Inverness area, working on commercial projects, the company have been thriving since the established and are ever growing. The company would like to take someone into their team who can grow in their skills with opportunities of progressing in their role.
As Site Manager your responsibilities will be:
* Supervising projects from start to finish
* ensuring health and safety is top priority on site
* Leading and mentoring the staff on site.
* Completing daily site diary
* Liaising with subcontractors.
* Liaising with clients.
* Ensuring quality is up to client's standards.
* Effectively communicate with the Design.
* Maintain good relations with clients
Skills and qualifications:
* Construction related degree or a trade background.
* Experience in managing a site/ project.
* CSCS
* SMSTS
* Health and safety component.
Salary upto 62k
