Job Description
Approach Personnel are recruiting for experienced Site Managers for a project in Leicester.
12 hour NIGHT shifts
£30-£35ph
This role is overseeing the fit out and decoration of student accommodation.
Starting ASAP
Responsibilities:
Overseeing of teams on a day to day basis
Liaising with company superiors.
Supervision of trades & labour on site
Helping to ensuring build programmes & schedules are met
Helping to ensuring all health & safety is carried out to a high level
Requirements:
Relevant experience
Attention to detail
Understand constructions methods, health and safety, and legal regulations
Demonstrate Strong communication skills
IT skills
Valid UK Driving Licence
Qualifications:
SMSTS
First Aid
CSCS
