Job Description
GAP Construction are working with a market leading independent building services company who are on the look out for a small works Manager. Our client are a well respected company across the industry with excellent standards demonstrated throughout the business, working with some of the most prestige clients across Cambridgshire.
As a small works manager you will be responsible for the following:
Liaising between clients and contractors.
Manage projects ranging from £1k-£200k.
Overseeing both commercial and domestic projects. From universities, corporate offices, schools, student accommodation, colleges and properties including homes, apartments and bespoke properties.
Responsible for the full life cycle of works.
Manage the preparation of an appropriate project brief including cost, programme and scope for sign off.In return my client are offering:
