Job Description

This role would suit someone who is looking to develop their current skill set. In this role, you will work with our HSB CAD designer who will work with you to enhance and develop your current knowledge. In this role, you will work with the team to ensure the modules deliver the architectural ambitions of the business in a way that is both designed for manufacture and buildable.
In this role, we use HSB CAD software, and we will teach you how to use this. If you have experience using AutoCAD this would be an advantage.

 The Role:

* To create 3D models of TopHat house types (Modules) from concept/develop design stage to manufacturing including associated details and materials.
* Implement and create standard details to new models.
* Update existing models/drawings with approved ECRs.
* Collaborate with Design team, consultants and external companies and ensure information is distributed through relevant departments
* Work with the factory floor & Technical team to hand over finish design and support prototyping of the module types.
* To work with the R&D department and structural engineers to aid continual improvement of manufacturing and construction details.

 About you:
* Knowledge of Autocad, Revit, or HSBCad and technical drawings
* Experience using AutoCAD would be an advantage
* Excellent IT skills
* A strong attention to detail
* Good oral and written communication skills
* Commercial awareness
* Sound data driven decision making skills
