Job Description
I am currently working alongside one of the markets leading tier 1 main contractors and together we are looking for a sub agent to embark on a long term railway station upgrade package. The package will include upgrades and alterations of lifts, pedestrian accesses, highways access and also the construction of an overbridge.
Sub agent duties will include:
* Quality assessment,
* Health and safety inspection,
* Design issues and
* Management of sub-contractors.
* Ordering of materials
* Quality Control of the works
* Health and safety production of weekly rolling programmes
* Providing support to site engineers
* Management of site activities
I am looking for a highly experienced sub who has the following:
* CSCS.
* SMSTS or SSSTS would be advantageous.
* Must be degree qualified.
