Job Description

Systems Analyst – Remote

I am working with an industry leading software house based in the heart of Reading to bring on an experienced technical Systems Analyst to help drive growth and

success through the design and implementation of existing and green-field development projects.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

* Liaise with clients, 3rd parties, industry bodies as well as development and management teams.

* Identify solutions and assess their suitability.

* Present proposals to the business

* Convert requirements into highly specified project briefs.

* Act as scrum master for development sprints

* Track and manage sprints to successful outcomes, providing guidance to ensure the quality of the deliverable

* functionality.

* Produce User Guides and oversee projects through to delivery

Required

* Proven experience as a Technical Systems Analyst role in an Software/SaaS environment

* Experience of XML and web based technologies.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Experience of the Agile development lifecycle.

* Positive and outgoing personality

* A self-starter with genuine drive.

* Ability to work with limited support.

* Excellent communication skills

* Working with Internal and External Stakeholders

Desirable

* Knowledge of the travel industry

* Microsoft Technologies – Azure DevOps, App Insights, Power BI etc..

* SQL
