TA Trainer
Location: Surrey
Length: 4 months
Rate: £(Apply online only) per day
Hours: 9-6pm
What you get to do in this role:
Design, develop and deliver training and enablement
Work closely with Executive and EIC teams to understand challenges teams face, identify opportunities for upskilling and alignment.
Partner with Optimization for global adherence and measurement of program success
Partner with Strategy leaders to continually assess and understand skills and enablement needs
Manage the end-to-end design and development of learning programs from concept through implementation
Use your creative skills and best practices to curate and deliver engaging content and desired learning outcome goals
Create and manage a schedule based on training needs aligned to enablement roadmap
To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
2 – 3 years’ experience in training or enablement
Strong experience in facilitation, both virtual and in person
Work with Subject Matter Experts to capture knowledge and real-world experience to be delivered within enablement initiatives and programs
Recommend the appropriate vehicles (training, communications, tools, portals, resources, etc.) to deliver the desired outcomes
Effective time manager, capable of developing the strategy and delivering/executing on the tactics on multiple projects, on time and on budget
Ability to maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced, team environment while managing multiple competing priorities
Diplomacy, integrity, and presence that enables you to work effectively at all levels within large organization
