The Role – Teaching Assistant
As a Teaching Assistant, in the first instance, you will be working on a 1:1 basis with the identified student(s).
The successful candidate will need to develop excellent relationships with the student(s) and
their parents to fully support their academic and personal development. You will need to have the capability to work flexibly across the whole school when required. They must be able to develop excellent relationships with staff, students, and their parents to fully support academic and personal development.
