Technical Building Auditor

Field based in Peterborough/Northamprton etc  – Occasional visits to Swindon office

£40,000 + £5,000 car allowance

The Opportunity:

Working with the field-based auditing team providing quality assurance, supplier management, asset review and cost assessment services across multiple contracts, you deputise for the Technical lead where necessary. You will carry out audits to schedule and provide coordinated audit service which minimises disruption to client operational activities.

You will be joining a successful team who have taken on some exciting new projects with a pipeline of work ongoing into 2023 and beyond, meaning you will always be busy!

The role is based in Swindon but is primarily field based, as you will travel to client sites carrying out audits and provide continuous development advice.

You will help clients with continuous improvement while ensuring high health and safety standards are always met. You will develop and promote the client brand and provide a best-in-class knowledge and service.

You will work to timescales and site safety and provide support across the board.

This role will position you in an ideal place to showcase your abilities as a Technical Auditor and showcase your talents, affording you excellent development opportunities.

Package:

For this position, the company is offering a basic salary £40,000 plus car allowance, 25 days holiday + bank holidays as well as an excellent pension.

About you:

Ideally you will have experience in Facilities Management and have excellent Health and Safety Knowledge, along with proven ability to provide assistance to both technical and non-technical persons.  

It is essential that you’re experienced with Health and Safety regulations, policies, and documentation, as well as MS Office skills. And a great attention to detail, and experience in writing technical reports.

You will also have knowledge of building compliance and legislation and able to think analytically.
