Technical Lead / CTO – London / Manchester – Up to £130k
On behalf of our growing client based in London and Manchester are recruiting for an exceptional Technical Lead / CTO. As Technical Lead / CTO, you’ll work with a focused delivery team to build new functionality and maintain enterprise-level software in an agile environment.
The Technical Lead / CTO will be responsible for:
Maintaining existing functionality, on top of a rapidly evolving landscape of applications. Triaging bugs and issues, estimating and developing fixes in the production environment
Developing and testing features following architecture and coding guidelines
Working closely with developers and architects for new feature development and maintenance for an existing system. Taking ownership of tasks and doing an end-to-end delivery
Work closely with the product team, delivery partners, and other stakeholders providing technical knowledge and expertise helping to design the future of our products
Collaborate with business stakeholders to resolve issues and satisfy customer requirements
Participate in all related agile ceremonies, sprint related events
The Technical Lead / CTO will have the following:
Strong development experience, with previous technical leadership/lead developers, experience at the project level
Understanding of object-oriented design, algorithm, and data structures
Can understand business requirements and translate them into code level solutions
Hands-on development experience in full-stack web development preferably PHP, NodeJS, React / React Native or equivalent
Hands-on experience in AWS environments such as EC2, EFS, RDBMS for building and deploying enterprise-level application
Knowledge of Linux development environment and bash script
Experience in building Mobile applications in the Full Stack Developer's role. Understanding mobile development challenges
Documented experience in writing clean, modular, well-documented, and well-tested code
