Technical Lead
£595 per day Inside IR35
6 month contract
Remote with possible client visits
My client in the telephony industry are looking for a front end Technical Lead to join their fast paced team on an initial 6 month contract.
The ideal candidate will have experience implementing ecommerce platforms on cloud with headless CMS (Content Management System)
Details on the role-
You will be a senior member of the delivery capability, capable of leading, designing and delivering solutions over many varied industries and challenges with a track record for problem solving and working outside of your normal role.
You will be primarily responsible for:
* Being a hands-on contributor as well as providing technical leadership and support to the team(s) in order to manage and deliver successful solutions.
* Designing and delivering complex cross-domain integration solutions encompassing a rich variety of technologies and using a mixture of agile and planned methods.
* Being a trusted technical advisor to customers and solving complex technical challenges, and establishing credibility and deep relationships with senior technical individuals within the customers' organisation.
* Documenting and demonstrating solutions by developing documentation, reviewing and delivering code.
* Ensuring the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure.
* You will work closely with client representatives and our delivery leads to craft the best solutions for our clients.
Specific Experience Required & Desired
* Strong full-stack experience(MEAN, LEAN or similar) and application design patterns
* Hands on experience on any front-end technology – ReactJS, NextJS, VueJS
* Some experience in building REST APIs – Microservices on Node or Java is required
* Experience in development on Google cloud platform is must.
* Experience of practical implementations of GCP based projects
* Experience with data feed loads with in GCP.
* Experience with modern language such as python, Scala, Spark, Kubernetes, Java and SQL etc..
* Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform
* Experience with message-based systems, event driven architecture and service-oriented architecture.
* Must understand the Scrum Agile methodology and have worked on a Scrum team.
* Familiarity with Docker containers/OpenShift containers working experience a plus
* Experience with continuous integration tools
