Job Description
CMA HR Division is working with a successful, privately owned fast moving, fast growing, dynamic and challenging business that makes everyone feel part of the team where they can have fun; based in Fareham Hampshire. They are looking to recruit an immediate HR Assistant who will support the Head of HR and Business Partners through a very busy recruitment period.
What will the role involve?
Supporting key HR processes in the recruitment process;
Scheduling interviews and maintaining compliance;
Issuing offer letters and new starters information;
Supporting with HR system records and assisting with data collection and reporting.
Suitable Candidate:
The successful candidate will be a driven team player, ideally with previous exposure within an HR role, and have a strong desire to deliver and learn;
Ability to start at short notice and commit to at least 3 months.
