Job Description
Our client are an established, expanding manufacturing business currently looking to recruit TIG Welders on a permanent basis.
Overall Purpose:
To weld to customer specifications with some fabrication knowledge.Key Duties:
To weld to ASME IX standard in TIG process.
To be able to fabricate small fabrications from technical drawings.
To operate auto welder.
To work to weld procedures.
To work to customer specifications.
General housekeeping around work area.
Flexibility in other roles.Key Skills & Experience Required:
Apprentice trained ideally.
Knowledge of welding equipment and tools.
Ability to understand welding procedures .
Ability to read technical drawings.The Package:
£18 PH, amounting to £34,632 per annum.
Permanent contract.
Opportunity to work permanent days or nights: days include OT: 6AM OR 7:30AM – 4PM Monday to Thursday & Friday 12:30MID DAY Finish. Nights: 10PM – 6AM Monday to Thursday & Friday 4PM – 9PM. Shift allowances paid when applicable.
Overtime available.
