As Transport Shift Manager based in Aylesford you will be responsible for a fleet of 30 drivers for a leading clinical waste collection and disposal service provider.

Description
As Transport Shift Manager you will be overseeing a fleet of 70 drivers and can expect to have the following responsibilities:
Manage drivers on a daily basis resolve any issue they may have.
Complete accident and incident forms and submit within set time limits.
Ensure regular driver assessments and work observations are completed.
Control drivers' holidays and arrange route cover.
Organise vehicle servicing and maintenance.
Manage any vehicle breakdowns.Weekly and daily KPI reports.Profile
The successful candidate will come with the following:
Immediatly available
Previous Transport experience is essential
Previous Management experience is essential
Management CPC is desirable
Candidates from a 3PL or Waste background are highly desirableJob Offer
