Job Description

UX Design Lead – 100% remote working

Salary available £60,000

You will need to hold or be eligible to gain UK SC Clearance

This is an opportunity to join a leading company providing critical infrastrucure to our Emergency Services network.

The role is to lead the development, improvement and delivery of User Experience design across the companies Software Development function. This will include leading and coaching a small team of UX Designers, delivering a strategic suite of patterns and standards for UX across the wider portfolio as well as taking hands-on responsibility for the delivery of product UX designs.

Knowledge & Experience

Experience working in major organisations or agencies with a strong UX focus
Participating in co-creation or facilitation workshops
Working on desktop apps, mobile apps and dynamic websites
Experience creating medium to high fidelity wireframes and prototypes
Experience developing and maintaining high quality patterns and standards
