Job Description
Blue Arrow are recruiting 10 x warehouse operatives to perform as pickers / packers for a leading national account based in Magna Park warehouse in Lutterworth.
Immediate starts available – on going roles!
Full Time hours are available with regular overtime hours – Monday to Friday shifts and no weekend work!
Temporary to permanent potential
Shift Patterns:
The following shift patterns are available:
08:00 – 16:15, day shift rate: £11.03
14:00 – 22:15 and 16:00 – 00:15; day shift rate: £11.03, PREMIUM night shift rate from 21:00 – £14.67
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Working on your own and as part of friendly inclusive team
* Moving or placing materials manually or with the use of warehouse equipment
* Picking / packing / despatching client's goods
* Moving pallets throughout the warehouse / wrapping pallets
* parcel sorting
* General warehouse duties including heavy manual handling, collecting, packing, labelling, receiving, replenishing, wrapping, sortation, scanning, tipping, and housekeeping
* Quality checks
* must willing to work in all areas of the warehouse, inbound and outbound

Job role requirements / client's site rules expectation:
* Valid Forklift ITSSAR licence or PPT licence would be advantageous
* DBS, Basic Criminal record check (to be requested by the employer)
Previous experience of working in the warehouse environment is recommended but full training will be provided.
