Great opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative for our Client based in Rushden
The rate of pay is:
– £10.57 per hour Monday to Friday AM
– £10.88 per hour Monday to Friday PM
– £11.88 per hour Saturday
– £12.88 per hour Sunday
Overtime is paid at £16.32 per hour
This full-time role offers fortnightly rotating shifts working 5 days out of 7
– Mornings 7:00am – 3:00pm
– Afternoons 3:00pm to 11:00pm
Your Time at Work
As a Warehouse Operative at this site you will drive, pick and pack small items up to 20kg.
The work will require you to be active throughout the shift and you may have to carry out manual handling.
You will be doing manual picking, packing adding dispatch labels and palletising.
You will require a good understanding of English both verbal and written due to the nature of the role.

Our ideal Warehouse Operative will have a good understanding of English, both verbal and written.
Must have good attention to detail.
The site is a busy, fast-paced environment so you will need to be someone who enjoys an active job and a lively atmosphere.
No previous experience is necessary as a Production Operative/Warehouse Operative as full training is provided.
