Workshop Mechanic / Engineer
Location: Leeds
£35,000 – £40,000 Basic
Rota: Monday – Friday – DAYS
My client, a large plant engineering company, is looking for a qualified and experienced Workshop Engineer / Mechanic to join their fitter team.
The main responsibilities of the Diesel Engineer / Mechanic will include;
Routine maintenance of plant machinery – excavators, rollers, dumpers, telehandlers, generators etc.
Repairs as necessary to ensure hire equipment is fit for purpose
Fault Finding
Inspections
The client is prepared to offer the Diesel Engineer / Mechanic;

The successful Diesel Engineer / Mechanic will have;
A professionally recognised qualification in Engineering / Plant / HGV maintenance and repair (NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent)
A full UK Driving licence
