Have you previously been a youth worker or worked with children in some capacity?

Simply Education are seeking a energetic and highly motivated person to join a local school in Basingstoke. The school caters for learners whose needs cannot be met within a mainstream environment. With a mixture of high-quality teaching and nurturing the school endeavour to improve a young person’s chances in life by building the confidence and the emotional resilience they need to manage their everyday lives.

The ideal person will be one who is very nurturing with the ability build relationships with pupils. Knowing every day might be different being adaptive and re-active is a very important. The pupils need someone they can trust and connect with as well as someone who will guide and nurture them.
