Job Description
Mechanical Design Engineer – Automotive
We are looking for an experienced Automotive Design Engineer with 4+ years of experience in ideally Bus/Coach or with similar heavy vehicles. The successful Design Engineer will join a specialist vehicle manufacturer in Scarborough.
As the Mechanical Design Engineer will join a team of specialist Design Engineers in their Tech Team, in which you will provide Design Engineer expertise to the wider group for the production of large and specialist Electric and Hybrid vehicles.
The client is interested in speaking to people with Mechanical Design experience with 4+ years’ experience and ideally has Catia V5 experience, although this isn't essential if you have used other design tools.
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 depending on experience
Working week: 4-day week working Mon – Thu
