Job Description
Managing the delivery of all recruitment activities for commercial clients at KPI Recruiting
Ensuring the delivery of permanent recruitment requirements whilst building strong relationships with business clients, candidates and internal teams
Focus on quality of candidates delivered to our clients, in a quick, responsive time frame
Working on specilaist recruitment projects across your specific sectors
The role of a Recruitment Consultant is fast-paced, varied, and rewarding. Tenacity, confidence, self-motivation, and resilience are key requirements for the role. Good communication skills are essential
Resourcing candidates
Managing job boards, advert posting and managing advert responses
Generating competition leads, follow up of leads
Outbound calls to client and candidates
Arranging and attending client meetings
Managing client relationships
Following our bespoke sales cycle
Administration tasks such; CV writing, interview scheduling, advertising
Negotiating fees, salaries, and agree terms of business and rates
Key Accountabilities
Build strong and effective relationships with existing clients and new business clients
Maintain up to date knowledge and in-depth expertise of the external recruitment market and associated competitive organisations, providing insights and guidance as necessary to clients and candidates.
Monitor the quality of all candidates and ensure that the adverts and interviews during recruitment process are aiming to raise the bar of candidate quality
Plan to meet the future recruitment requirements of commercial clients
Search and Identifying marketable candidates with specialist skill sets
Assist in ensuring that the end to end recruitment process supports a positive candidate experience at all times
Work in close conjunction with the other Recruitment Consultants to share best practice and ensure that a collaborative and consistent approach is adopted across all KPI Recruiting divisions
