Job Description
Trainee Internal Sales Agent
Basic: £20,000 Basic Salary
Bonus: £12,000 OTE (On target earnings)
Hours: Mon – Fri 08:00 – 18:00 (1h for lunch)
Holidays: 20 days per year rising by 1 day per year in service up (maximum of 25).
Location: Crawley, office based, RH10
Benefits: You will be on a much lower threshold for the first 6 months to enable you to earn more commission while in your training period. Excellent training will be provided on technicalities of products, how to sell, who to sell to and how to manage accounts.
Salary: Once starting on £20k, you will have incentives in place to increase your basic salary every month, this would be by an extra £2k for if you achieve your target or £1k if you have been close to achieving target.
This role will be target driven, but we will give you plenty of leads to ring through. We are looking for someone hungry, not afraid to make calls and money motivated.
Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact to new customers
To make quality cold calls with the intension of closing sales & picking up leads
Find out the client’s needs & why they would want to buy
After assessing your customers’ requirements, you book them in for an appointment for a site visit for the installation of the goods
Business is generated via cold and warm leads
You build and create your own customer pipeline too
