We are currently recruiting for HR Administrator within our Northampton 3 site. The role will provide HR Administration support ensuring all HR records, are kept up to date and to provide comprehensive, professional, and effective HR Generalist support to ensure the site culture and engagement levels are in line with the Team Clipper Culture.

Key Accountabilities of the role:

To maintain HR system and attendance records
To provide support on updating the Time & Attendance system, running reports when necessary
To proactively monitor and update HR noticeboards with all relevant information, guidelines, and promotions across all sites
To support operational management, when required
Process recruitment administration
Initial contact for Shift Managers / Team Leaders seeking to resolve administrative related employee queries relating to clock-ins, wages, sickness record and all other personnel-related administrative issues
Proof of right to work checks and employment reference checks
Support on engagement activities arranging events
Take minutes in respect of Forum meetings or Colleague meetings
HR Administration including the creation of letters and outcome letters
Responding to general admin queries such as reference requests
To undertake all other tasks as reasonably requested by management

Person Specification / Skills:

Business Skills:

Good communication both verbal and written
Organised
Flexible, to take on additional tasks as required
Able to work as part of a team

Knowledge:

Basic HR knowledge
Ability to interpret HR Policies

Experience:

Competent user of IT systems, especially in Excel and Word
Familiar to HR Systems, payroll and T&A systems
CIPD certificate in HR practice, desirable
