Job Description
Search Construction is looking for a Site Manager to work with a small but growing Main Contractor based in Edinburgh.
They are working on a number of residential refurbishment projects in Edinburgh's New Town.
In this role you will manage various sub contractors ensuring they are completing their packages of work to the programme and to a high standard of quality.
Candidates must have a SMSTS and ideally a First Aid and CSCS Card.
This role is initially offered on a freelance basis but with the desire to progress the role into a permanent position after an initial three month period.
