Job Description
Do you want to utilise your knowledge and develop a career within Financial Services / Payroll. Our client based in central Farnham has an excellent opportunity for an Account Manager to join their team.
As the Account Manager, you will devise key strategies to generate maximum return with clients and newly acquired accounts, whilst successfully managing their expectations.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Developing strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* Demonstrating a good understanding of the business process and sales cycle
* Collaborating with marketing to create campaigns and lead generation plans for continual growth
* Managing the entire sales process, focusing on quality and excellent customer service
* Work with the team to develop proposals that suit client’s needs and objectives
* Planning and preparing presentations and proposals to clients
* Submit regular progress reports and ensure data is accurate
Essential Skills
* Proven experience in an account management role within the Financial Services / Payroll. Our
* Proven experience in field-sales-focused role with experience managing customer accounts
* Strong client management skills
* Strong communication skills including written, verbal, email, telephone, and presentation
* Determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Capable of hands-on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas, solutions, and strategies
* Proven experience in exceeding targets, whilst managing a team
* Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail
* Must own car for transport
