Job Description

Objective of the Position 

Your main role as the Account Manager will include maintaining and developing strong relationships with existing client base, ensuring you always provide a consistent and excellent service. 

You must be able to grow your existing accounts through consultative account management, identifying clients’ needs and recommending services and products to enhance their conveyancing processes and workflow. New business development is also part of the role, adding new clients to your portfolio through recommendations, networking, and prospecting within your allocated territory. 

You must also work collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure alignment in the sales and marketing approach to your given territory. 

Main duties and responsibilities:

•    Maintaining and building a good rapport with existing clients

•    Prospecting and securing new clients for the company

•    Achieving targets set by the company on a quarterly basis

•    To contribute to product development by providing regular feedback

•    To maintain knowledge of company product offerings

•    Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions

Person Specification

•    Ideally have a background of sales within the Property or Legal Sector (property searches preferred)

•    Will be able to demonstrate the ability to win new business and account manage (hunter and farmer)

•    Self-starter, able to work remotely and independently

•    Remains calm under pressure, and competent when dealing with difficult situations

•    Competent in dealing with a high volume of work, always works efficiently and accurately

•    Has the ability to work proactively not just reactively.

•    Can produce evidence of consistently achieving targets

•    Good communication skills and a strong customer service ethos

•    IT literate (emails, Microsoft Office etc.)

•    Eligible to live and work in the UK

•    Full and current UK driving licence

You may be required to perform other duties, not listed above, as assigned by the managers or Directors from time to time. All necessary training you require will be provided.
